Emma is a qualified nutritionist. She is passionate about all things food, and loves to share her knowledge of her experiences in the kitchen, plus, exploring how these healthy habits can translate into helping us feel better! Emma has had experience working in nutrition research, within a health food store setting conducting 1:1 consultations and now works as a trainer, writer and vlogger for A.Vogel.

Emma specialises in areas including digestion, metabolism and hormone balance and away from work, she is a busy mum who also loves to cook, read, travel and socialise.
